The Corrections form on this website and within the BASELINE app allows users to optionally provide an email address when reporting an issue. Email addresses submitted through this form are used solely to verify the correction and follow up with the user if needed. Emails are promptly deleted after the correction is received and processed, unless the user specifically opts in to remain on file for future contact. Users may request the immediate deletion of their email at any time by contacting mblappcorrections@gmail.com. We do not store, sell, or share user data with any third party.
